How to buy in our online store?

This article will be particularly helpful for those who do not have much experience with online shopping. Shopping at the Kortools online store is extremely simple and follows a similar process to most other online shops. In this article, we will discuss the following: the product purchase process, availability statuses, payment and delivery methods, as well as discount codes, markdowns, and promotions.

I. Most Important Information:

Our store has been designed with the goal of making ordering the tools you need as easy as possible. How did we achieve this? Through product variants. These allow customers to see different sizes and lengths of tools in one place, ensuring incredible simplicity in ordering and a clear offer. After choosing the variant you are interested in, you will see the gross/net price, availability, delivery information, and details regarding the product dimensions. [Fig. 1.1.]

II. Shopping in a few steps:

 

Purchases can be made independently by following the described steps, or by sending a request for quotation to biuro@kortools.pl. In response, we will send a commercial offer, followed by a pro forma invoice for payment.

 

INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE STEPS:

1. Select the product you are interested in (products are carefully organized into clear categories).

2. Check the available variants located on the right side of the screen. After selecting the appropriate variant, information regarding delivery time and the quantity in stock for that product will appear. Furthermore, the image for most products will update, showing the selected tool dimension along with its specifications.

3. Add the appropriate variants to the cart, selecting the quantities you wish to order.

4. Go to the cart and carefully check the selected products and their quantities.

5. Choose the "Delivery Method" (InPost Courier, DHL, DPD, Parcel Lockers, or personal pickup). More information can be found below.

6. Choose the "Payment Method" (Traditional bank transfer, Autopay, Payment cards, Google Pay, BLIK, etc.). After selecting the appropriate courier, the Cash on Delivery (COD) option can be chosen. More information can be found below.

7. Click the "Order" button and proceed.

8. Create an account or complete the purchase without registration (guest checkout).

9. Accept the terms and conditions. Then enter your details, company details, any comments, and check "I want to receive an invoice" if you are making a business purchase.

10. Go to the summary and place the order.

 

III. Payment and Delivery Methods.

 

1. Availability Statuses.

Most products are available "off-the-shelf," and shipping occurs within 24 hours. Some items are available on request, which means their shipping is carried out within the timeframe indicated in the description, e.g., "Shipping in: 10 days."

If the information "notify of availability" appears under a product, it means the product is temporarily unavailable and cannot be added to the cart. In this case, you can sign up for availability notifications, which will be sent to your email address as soon as the product is back in stock.

2. Payment Methods.

2.1. Traditional Bank Transfer.

Traditional transfer is a payment method where the buyer manually makes a bank transfer to the online store's account. After placing the order, the customer receives the transfer details, including the account number, payment title, and the amount to be paid. The order is processed after the funds are credited to the store's account, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

If you do not pay for the order immediately, a pro forma invoice for payment will be sent to the provided email address after approximately 30 minutes.

2.2. Online Payment (Autopay, Google Pay, BLIK, Payment Cards)

• Autopay: A fast and secure online payment method allowing for immediate transfer of funds. It requires a one-time link to a payment card or bank account.

• Google Pay: Enables payments using a Google account. Simply add a payment card to your Google Pay account and confirm the payment on the store's website.

• BLIK: A Polish mobile payment system allowing for fast and secure payments. The customer generates a one-time BLIK code in their banking app and enters it on the payment page.

• Payment Cards (Credit/Debit): The most popular form of online payment, accepting Visa, MasterCard, and others. The customer enters card details such as the number, expiration date, and CVV code, and the transaction is processed instantly.

3. Other Payment Methods

• By choosing a specific courier during delivery, you can opt for Cash on Delivery (COD).

 

IV. Other Matters.

 

1. Discount Codes, Markdowns, and Promotions.

In our store, we regularly offer various promotions, discounts, and special coupon codes to make your shopping experience more pleasant and provide the best tools at an attractive price. Discount codes can be applied while placing an order in the cart by entering the appropriate code in the dedicated field during checkout.
