Returns
In accordance with applicable law, as a consumer, you have 14 days to return the goods to withdraw from the agreement and return the product purchased from us.
In the case of purchases made as part of business activity (B2B), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. The Seller is not obliged to accept returns of goods purchased on an invoice as part of B2B sales, unless individually agreed otherwise.
If the purchase was made as part of a B2B sale, you must contact us via email at biuro@kortools.pl each time before making a return to obtain consent. Returns made without the Seller's prior consent will not be accepted.
In the case of B2B returns, the Buyer bears the return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
These rules are described in detail in our Terms and Conditions, which the Customer accepts at the time of placing an order.

Submitting a Complaint
To submit a complaint, please follow the steps below:
1. Always inform us of your intent to complain about the goods and their shipment to the e-mail address biuro@kortools.pl
2. Complaint form
Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should include the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, phone number, product number, reason for the complaint, date of purchase, and date the defect occurred.
3.Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
