Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

1. The Organizer of the Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") is Kortools Kamil Henkelman, conducting business activities at: ul. Ks. dr J. Knosały 115, 41-922 Radzionków, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland.
2. The company is registered under Tax ID (NIP): 6263057845, REGON: 526925920.
3. The Program is addressed exclusively to registered Customers of the Kortools online store.
4. Participation in the Program is voluntary. Joining the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2 Participation and Conditions

1. To become a Participant in the Program, the Customer must have an account and be registered on the Kortools online store website.
2. Points are awarded only for orders placed via the Kortools online store website.
3. Points are granted after the order has been shipped, provided that the order has been paid for and processed in accordance with the store's terms and conditions.

§3 Principles of Awarding Points

1. For every 25 PLN (gross) spent, the Customer receives 1 point.
2. The value of 1 point corresponds to 1 PLN (gross).

§4 Point Redemption / Use

1. Points can be exchanged for selected products offered by the Kortools store or Allegro gift cards.
2. The value of the points is deducted when placing an order in the Kortools online store, in accordance with the offer available in the rewards catalog.
3. Products available for exchange for points can be found in your account by clicking "See rewards for points".

§5 Point Validity

1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are granted.
2. After this period, unused points expire and are automatically removed from the Participant's account.

§6 Limitations and Additional Provisions

1. Points are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person.
2. The offer applies only to registered Customers and only to orders placed through the Kortools online store website. Orders placed via other channels (e-mail, telephone, etc.) are not covered by the loyalty program.
3. Loyalty points are not awarded for orders where a discount code, promotional coupon, or any other form of price reduction was used, including individual discounts.
4. Kortools reserves the right to change the terms of the Program, including the number of points, the value of rewards, or requirements, provided that significant changes are announced in advance on the website.

§7 Complaints

1. The Participant may submit complaints regarding the calculation, granting, or use of points electronically (e.g., e-mail, contact form) to the Kortools store address.
2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

§8 Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions come into force on the day of their announcement by Kortools.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
