Shipping orders with products of different lead times

In the case of orders containing products with different lead times, the Customer is required to choose the preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

When the choice of shipping method appears

The shipping method selection appears only when the shopping cart contains at least one product with a longer lead time than the other items.
It is not possible to complete the order without making this selection.

Available shipping options

The Customer can choose one of the following options:

1. Ship the entire order in one package (wait for completion)
   The order will be shipped once all products have been gathered.
   The order fulfillment time corresponds to the longest lead time among the ordered items.

2. Ship available products now, send missing ones later
   In-stock products will be shipped first.
   Products with a longer lead time will be sent in a subsequent shipment once they are available.

Shipping costs for split shipments

When choosing split shipping, the Customer incurs the cost of only one shipment.
Any additional costs related to the delivery of subsequent shipments are covered by the seller.

Sales documents

In the case of an order shipped in parts:

• each completed shipment is documented with a separate VAT invoice,

• invoices are issued in accordance with the fulfillment date of the individual parts of the order.
