DLC carbide drill without VHM cooling | DLC Drill
VHM solid carbide drill with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating for machining aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper, brass and plastics (PVC, PE, Teflon, Plexi). The spiral design and self-centering blade geometry minimize runout and ensure a stable drilling start.
Technical properties:
Material: VHM solid carbide with a hardness of up to 55 HRC.
Coating: DLC - low coefficient of friction, resistance to material adhesion.
Mounting: cylindrical (straight grip).
Type: spiral, 2-blade.
Apex angle: 140°.
Diameter range: Ø0.5–10 mm (every 0.05 mm) or Ø10–20 mm (every 0.1 mm).
No internal coolant.
Effective chip removal at high cutting speeds.
Usable advantages:
Blade and flute geometry adapted to ductile materials - reduces chip clogging.
