Opis

APKT APMT APMX indexable inserts (10 pcs.) for steel, aluminum, hardened steel, fiberglass, etc.

 

                                                     

 

APKT, APMX and APMT inserts are fully compatible with the same milling heads, so you have complete freedom to choose among these models. Each of them fits perfectly into the same socket, which guarantees trouble-free replacement and use. 

Tiles 15-35HRC (silver, polished, uncoated) are intended for processing aluminum, brass and plastic.

Tiles above 35 HRC in the coating are intended for processing steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium.

Tiles that fit in the range 45-60HRC they can also handle hardened steel (we recommend turning off the coolant for processing!)

Features:

  • Tiles made of solid carbide. We also offer PCD (polycrystalline diamond) or CBN (cubic boron nitride) diamond plates.
  • Fixing with a screw.

Our offer also includes tiles APKT PCD- Diamond tools PCD with high hardness, high wear resistance and high quality surface finish, they are suitable for processing silicon-aluminum alloy, copper alloy, magnesium alloy, carbide, glass, ceramics, graphite and other materials.
