Double-sided indexable milling inserts SNMX1205 / SNMX1206 - each insert has 8 cutting edges (square: 4 corners on both sides), reducing machining cost per cutting edge. Intended for face milling heads 45° from the SN12 series (high feed, low cutting forces). For rough milling, facing and high-feed machining.

How to select the grade

General-purpose and stainless steels: XTN geometry (SG3325, SG3335, SG3345). General-purpose grades for carbon, alloy and mold steels: ANN SG4225, SG6565, SG5235. Gray and ductile cast iron: SG5355 and SG3665 (SNMX1206). Hardened, heat-resistant and forged steel: SG4465, SG5245. The SNMX1206 variant (NN geometry) is a thicker insert with greater cutting-edge strength.
