Contents of the Selected Kit:

Cyanoacrylate adhesive (100g or 500g, according to the selected kit)
Activator (200ml)
Debonder (25g)
Cleaner (SPRAY-KON R505)
Cleaning naphtha (1L)
One roll of workholding tape in the selected colour and width

Products and Their Use:

Kortools cyanoacrylate adhesive
- Net weight: 100g or 500g, according to the selected kit. One adhesive option is supplied.
- Application: holding workpieces on a CNC milling machine table using the adhesive + tape method.
- Use:
  - Use the adhesive within the operating conditions specified on its packaging.
  - Apply a thin layer and position the workpiece before the adhesive sets
Activator (200ml)
- Application: accelerates the setting of cyanoacrylate adhesive.
- Application methods:
  - Before bonding: apply to one surface and allow it to air off. Then apply the adhesive.
  - After bonding: apply the adhesive, join the parts and spray the activator onto the joint from a distance of about 30 cm
Debonder (25g)
- Application: separating cyanoacrylate-bonded joints and removing adhesive residue
Cleaner (SPRAY-KON R505)
- Application: cleaning adhesive residue and other contamination from surfaces
Cleaning naphtha (1L)
- Application: degreasing and cleaning surfaces before bonding

Tape Choices - One Type Supplied in the Selected Kit

Yellow Kortools Tape
- Features: high adhesion, coolant resistance and easy application. Check the selected tape's operating limits.
- Application: holding small and medium-sized metal sheets on CNC milling machines.
Pink Kortools Tape
- Features: tape for workholding with coolant. Check adhesion and removal on the intended surface.
- Application: holding workpieces during machining with coolant
Green Kortools Tape
- Features: low adhesion for large, thin metal sheets.
- Application: thin metal sheets where lower holding force is needed

Summary

The selected Kortools kit combines one cyanoacrylate adhesive option and one tape option with an activator, debonder, cleaner and cleaning naphtha. Select the tape colour, tape width and adhesive weight shown in the kit option. The tape types described above are alternatives; all three are not supplied together.
