The ERG25 collet is a precision tool designed for threading applications in tooling systems. Compliant with the DIN standard, it ensures reliable holding of tools in machining processes, which is crucial.

1. Installation  ER sleeves:

Insert the sleeve at an angle into the nut.

Hook the sleeve onto the eccentric or cylindrical boss of the nut.

Push the sleeve into the nut.

Twist the nut onto the socket to allow the tool to be held securely.

2. Removal of  ER bushings:

Unscrew the sleeve nut and make sure the tool has been removed from the sleeve.

Tilt the sleeve in the nut to move it slightly.

Push the bushing to the side - pressing until it begins to come out of the retaining ring in the nut.

Twist the nut to facilitate removal of the sleeve until it comes out completely.
