Product description

Replaceable deburring blades for manual removal of burrs and sharp edges. Type “S” variants have Ø3.2 mm shanks. These are replacement blades for NOGA. For type “S” variants, select a matching type “S” holder and check the selected profile against your NOGA holder or our handles (RB1000, NG, SC). Other blade families require holder selection for their specific profile. Made of HSS (high-speed steel), with some cobalt-grade (M35) versions for hard materials.

Available with a TiN coating (gold) for increased wear resistance and longer service life, and uncoated (grey) at a lower price.

FAQ

Do they fit NOGA holders?
Type “S” variants have Ø3.2 mm shanks. Select a matching holder and check compatibility of the selected blade family/profile with your NOGA holder or our handle (e.g. RB1000).

Are these original NOGA blades?
No. These are HSS replacement blades, available with a TiN coating or uncoated.

What is the difference between a gold and a grey blade?
Gold blades have a TiN coating for increased wear resistance and longer service life. Grey blades are uncoated and less expensive. Cutting performance is similar; the coating mainly extends service life.

How many pieces are in a pack?
BS / BK / BD / NS series - 10 pcs; BC / BT series and the BD7501 exception - 1 pc (specified in the variant name).

Which holder should I use for these blades?
RB1000 is listed for rotating type “S” blades; check the selected blade family/profile against the intended deburring handle before ordering.
