R390 inserts - Excellent Quality and Precision
A unique tool for metalworking. Our inserts are available in packs of 10 and are an essential piece of equipment for professionals in the CNC machining industry.
Application
R390 inserts are an economical solution for finishing details - the head is suitable for roughing, semi-finishing and finishing steel. However, when finishing walls, it is recommended to keep the cutting depth (Ap) at 4 mm. If this value is exceeded, irregularities and teeth may appear on the walls, which are undesirable in high-quality finishing.
In such a case, a better alternative will be the LNPU110408 head for LNPU inserts, which ensure excellent finishing quality. Additionally, LNPU11 inserts have 4 cutting edges, while R390 inserts only have 2.
