Opis

T-Disc Mill for Parting and Grooving for VHM XSEQ Indexable Inserts

The XSEQ milling head is ideal for grooving, parting, bottom facing and finishing the top, bottom and side surfaces of the milled workpiece. It is available in a version that can be attached to the FMB holder and in a version with a keyway.

Features:

VHM plates with CVD coating

: Designed for machining steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Uncoated inserts are also available, which are suitable for processing aluminum, plastic and other non-ferrous materials, as well as plastics and composites.

Double-sided inserts with 8 cutting edges

: You can rotate the plate up to 7 times, which increases its life and efficiency.

42CrMo4 steel head

: Resistant to wear, vibrations, vibrations and high loads during milling, which increases the durability of the tool.

Recommendation to work without coolant

: When machining ferrous materials such as S355Jr, milling without coolant is recommended, which significantly extends the life of the inserts compared to working with coolant.
