Kortools cyanoacrylate glue for attaching details to the table of a CNC milling machine

Perfect for precise clamping of workpieces on a CNC milling machine table and in other applications where speed and durability of bonding are required.

The glue has been tested by our company Kortools and works great with our adhesive tapes for attaching details.

It is resistant to coolant and temperatures up to 250°C,

making it a reliable solution even in the most demanding industrial conditions.

The glue is medium density

, which is the perfect balance between drying speed and the ability to improve the position of the detail when gluing it to the table. Thanks to this, we have a few seconds to precisely set the position of the detail.

Attention!

The glue is shipped in a 500 g package or in a set of 5 bottles of 100 g, depending on availability.

How to use:

Surface preparation

: Make sure the surfaces you want to glue are dry and clean.

Glue application

: Holding the bottle with the dispenser upwards, unscrew the cap. Then turn over slowly and press gently. Apply a thin layer of glue to one of the surfaces. The thinner the adhesive layer, the faster the bonding will be.

Connecting elements

: Press the glued surfaces together immediately.

Cleaning

: After use, clean the tip with a dry cloth and replace the cap. Store in a cool place.

H335: May cause respiratory irritation.

EUH202: "Cyanoacrylate" - Danger. Bonds skin and eyelids in just a few seconds. Keep out of reach of children.

Recommendations for use

: :

P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

P302+P352: If on skin: wash with plenty of soap and water.

P304+P340: If inhaled: remove person to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.

P332+P313: If skin irritation occurs: get medical advice/attention.

P305+P351+P338: If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to remove.

P403+P233: Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.

P501: Dispose of contents/container as hazardous waste
