Opis
Folding Plunger Limit Gauge (Go/No-Go) – Set of PLUS/MINUS Measuring Rollers in Handle – GCr15 Bearing Steel
An inspection tool for verifying hole tolerances in CNC processes, mold production and precision mechanics.
We offer
complete, ready-to-work limit test
, consisting of two precise measuring rollers (going side "GO" and non-going "NO-GO") embedded in an ergonomic handle. The tool is made to individual customer orders based on given tolerance deviations (accurate to hundredths of a millimeter), which allows for instant quality control (QC) on the production line.
Technical and Material Specification
The product is based on high-quality measuring rollers (pin gauge) with industrial parameters:
Available gradation (step):
The rollers are available in dimensions
0.01mm
.
Material:
High-quality bearing steel
GCr15
(Bearing Steel) – guaranteeing dimensional stability.
Hardness:
Hardening to level
58-63 HRC
, which provides extreme abrasion resistance.
Roller manufacturing tolerance:
±0.001mm.
Surface Finish:
Precision grinding and polishing, roughness Ra < 0.20 µm.
Working length of the roller:
50mm.
⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DIMENSIONS
Please pay special attention when placing an order: Our rollers are manufactured with a pitch of every
0.01mm
.
✅
We produce dimensions:
e.g. 2.54 mm, 2.55 mm, 10.01 mm.
❌
We do NOT produce intermediate (micron) dimensions:
e.g. 2,546 mm, 2,555 mm.
Please round the required dimensions to two decimal places (up to 0.01 mm).
Product Configuration: PLUS/MINUS System
Unlike standard fixed gauges, our system allows for flexible tolerance selection. You get a "double-sided" tool that clearly determines whether the hole is within a given tolerance.
Each set includes:
"PLUS" roller
(usually the intransitive/NO-GO side).
"MINUS" roller
(usually passing side/GO).
Professional handle
with mounting.
Professional installation
– you get an integrated tool ready to use.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS – How to choose a test?
In order for us to prepare the test, you must provide specific values (with an accuracy of 0.01 mm) in the order notes.
Step 1:
Select the range that covers your nominal diameter from the list of variants.
Step 2:
In the order notes, enter the parameters according to the diagram below. Remember that the sum of the diameter and tolerance should give a result with two decimal places.
DIAMETER:
[nominal value] mm
PLUS:
+[value] mm
MINUS:
- [value] mm
EXAMPLE OF CORRECT NOTATION:
Diameter: 14.50 mm
PLUS: +0.02 mm (resulting roller: 14.52 mm –
OK
)
MINUS: -0.05 mm (resulting roller: 14.45 mm –
OK
)
EXAMPLE OF AN INCORRECT ENTRY (We will not implement this):
Diameter: 2.50 mm
PLUS: +0.04
6
mm (resulting roller: 2.546 mm –
ERROR, not available
)
Solution:
Please order size 2.54 mm or 2.55 mm.
Application in industry
Roller gauges in the handle are necessary in:
CNC series production:
Quick verification of holes without the need to use delicate bore gauges.
Electronics and PCB:
Inspection of mounting holes.
Construction of molds and dies:
Precise fit of elements.
Why choose a composite test?
Economics:
You only replace the worn roller, not the entire tool.
Availability:
Immediate configuration with ready-made modules every 0.01 mm.
Ergonomics:
The handle thermally insulates the hand from the gauge, preventing thermal expansion of the roller.
FAQ – Frequently asked questions
Q: Can I order a 5.555 mm roller?
Oh no. Our rollers are only available in 0.01 mm increments. In this case, select the dimension 5.55 mm or 5.56 mm.
Q: What if I only provide the diameter without plus/minus?
A: We will contact you. You need to determine the upper and lower tolerances to create a limit gauge.
Q: Are the rollers rust-resistant?
A: GCr15 bearing steel is susceptible to corrosion, so we recommend preserving with oil after each use and storing in a dry place.
Optimize your quality control.
Select the range, enter the parameters (remembering the 0.01 mm increment) and order a ready-made test tailored to your needs!
