Opis

SBL Disc Cutter for Slots - Disc Head, Radial R - Slot Tool

Saw Milling Cutter disc end mill with a patented LNGT insert mounting system. Designed for milling grooves, parting and slotting on CNC milling machines.

The design of the cutter is based on inserting the inserts in a socket without screws - the inserts are mounted alternately (left NLS/NL breaker + right NRS/NR breaker), which ensures stable chip removal and the possibility of working with high feeds.

Available diameters and parameters:

D80 mm (hole d22, Z=8 teeth, up to 8000 rpm)

D100 mm (hole d22, Z=10 teeth, up to 6300 rpm)

D125 mm (hole d32, Z=12 teeth, up to 5000 rpm)

D160 mm (hole d32, Z=16 teeth, up to 4000 rpm)

AE cutting widths:

1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 / 4.0 / 5.0 mm Each cutter also supports related insert widths (e.g. the AE 2.0 cutter accepts 2.0 / 2.2 / 2.5 mm inserts).

LNGT cutting inserts:

Grade B100 (PVD-coated TiAlN) - for steel, stainless steel, superalloys

Grade F20 (PVD TiN coated) - for cast iron and aluminum

Sold in packs of 10, mounted alternately L+R

Installation:

cutter mounted on a BL/BLL shank (diameter 45 mm for D80/D100, diameter 58 mm for D125/D160). Arbor and assembly key sold separately.
