Screw-in head EXN03R | without coolant
Construction:
Fastening system:
Threaded locking system (lock bolt type) with the opposite direction of the thread relative to the rotation of the tool, preventing spontaneous loosening.
Material:
Body made of SKD61 alloy steel (approx. 60-62 HRC), hardened and surface ground.
Resistance:
Anti-oxidation anti-corrosion layer and thermal deformation resistance.
Operating parameters:
Compatibility:
Only with LNMU0303ZER inserts.
Precision:
Roughing and semi-finishing with minimal tool rebound ("no spring back") thanks to contact surface pressure >85%.
Limitations:
Designed for rotational speeds ≤18,000 rpm and groove depths up to 4xD.

Mounting geometry:
"Lock bolt" system eliminating the need for tightening during operation.
Manufacturing tolerance:
Radial runout <0.01 mm after insert insertion.
