Body made of SKD61 alloy steel (approx. 60-62 HRC), hardened and surface ground.

Anti-oxidation anti-corrosion layer and thermal deformation resistance.

Operating parameters:

Compatibility:

Only with LNMU0303ZER inserts.

Precision:

Roughing and semi-finishing with minimal tool rebound ("no spring back") thanks to contact surface pressure >85%.

Limitations:

Designed for rotational speeds ≤18,000 rpm and groove depths up to 4xD.
