DIN69871 ER collet chuck SK30 ER SK40 ER SK50 ER G2.5
Body material: 20CrMnTi.
Hardness: HRC 56–58.
Balance grade: G2.5.
Before installing the collet or replacing the cutting tool, thoroughly clean the nut thread and the collet surface, then apply grease. Failure to clean and lubricate these surfaces may damage the nut thread.
The nut has a full-circle design, without an eccentric. It provides low noise and low air resistance and is suitable for high spindle speeds.
