Opis
Carbide cutting inserts TBGT / TPGH / TCGT / WBGW / TBGW / TPGW / TCGW / TCMT / TBMT / TPMT / TPMH / TCGH - top quality VAHM (VHM / VHM + coating)
We offer
multi-variant solid carbide inserts (VHM)
with coating, compatible with boring bars
EWN, SJD
, and turning knives (e.g.
C16Q-STUPR11
and similar). Ideal for applications: medium-precision and finishing turning, in various materials: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum alloys, as well as difficult-to-machine materials.
Features and benefits
Material – solid carbide (solid carbide / VHM)
Exceptional hardness, resistance to abrasive wear and high temperature.
Surface coating
(TiN, AlTiN, TiSiN or mixed multi-layer coatings)
Reduces friction, better lubrication of contact with the processed material.
Increases resistance to chip adhesion (e.g. in stainless steel) and thermal discoloration.
Very sharp and precise cutting edge
Minimum corner radius, well-made geometry - less vibration, better surface quality (low RA roughness).
Surfaces finished with high quality (grinding, polishing), which translates into dimensional stability and aesthetics of the detail.
A wealth of types/shapes and variants
TBGT, TPGH, TCGT, TBGW, etc.
Variants with/without chipbreaker - depending on type of operation and material.
Various sizes and thicknesses - fits various boring bars and lathe cutters, i.e. C16Q-STUPR11 etc.
Better surface quality & lower operating costs
Thanks to the sharp edge and coating
3 cutting edges
Less risk of vibration and micro-cracking of the cutting edge thanks to a sharp cutting edge
Usage tips for best surface quality (RA, roughness)
Selecting the corner geometry
: smaller radius - better surface finish; larger radii can be used for rough work.
Selection of the rake angle and entering angle
: positive geometry (or neutral, preferred for difficult-to-machine materials).
Coolant/lubrication
: use appropriate coolant/emulsion - improves surface quality, extends the durability of the coating and blade.
Blade condition check
: regular inspections - micro-fissures, cracks, chips may worsen the final result.
