Opis produktu
Solid carbide anti-vibration boring bars – SCLCR / STFCR / SDUCR internal holders
Professional turning knives for precise boring of holes, designed to completely eliminate vibrations at large tool overhangs. A solution dedicated to stable and efficient machining, ensuring tight dimensional tolerances are maintained during long production cycles.
Technical parameters
Body Material:
1. 100% primary solid carbide (virgin carbide - no recycled admixtures).
2. 40CR
Available geometries:
SCLCR/L, STFCR/L (91°), STUCR/L (93°), SDUCR/L (95°).
Boring diameters (Dmin):
From 5 mm to 46 mm.
Total lengths (L):
100mm – 350mm.
Cooling:
Internal cooling option (models marked "E").
Compatible ISO inserts:
CCGT/CCMT, TBGT/TCMT/TCGT/TPGH, DCMT/DCGT.
Practical applications
Deep roughing and finishing boring on CNC lathes.
Machining of small diameter holes requiring high system stiffness.
Serial production of components for the automotive, aviation and mechanical engineering industries.
Machining of details made of carbon steel, cast iron, heat-resistant alloys and aluminum.
Benefits for the user
Increased performance:
The extreme stiffness of the solid carbide core allows for up to two-fold increase in cutting parameters (rpm/feed) compared to steel holders.
Dimensional stability:
The lack of tool deflection eliminates shape errors and guarantees stable dimensions even during long-term continuous operation.
Perfect smoothness:
Effective vibration damping prevents "squeaking" during machining, dramatically improving the surface roughness parameter (Ra).
Even tile wear:
A perfectly ground seat provides excellent support for the cutting insert, reducing the risk of insert breakage and extending edge life.
