Opis

Tool holder - threading holder with compensation.

This holder is the best affordable alternative to rigid threading!

With one holder you will be able to thread holes from M2 to M36 without worrying about synchronizing the rotation of the milling spindle with the feed.

You can use regular ER threading cages. ERG baskets can also be used.

✅ Kortools threading chucks are of high quality and are ideal for milling machines with a synchronous spindle.

✅ Minimize synchronization errors by compensating for differences in pitch between the synchronous spindle and the thread.

✅ This is especially important because threading without this holder (rigidly) can lead to high friction forces on the sides of the thread.

✅ Any increase in axial force during machining is minimized.

✅ The frames are made of precisely ground and hardened forged steel.
