Folding disc cutter for cutting into VHM replaceable inserts

Folding disc cutter designed for cutting operations. The tool uses

replaceable carbide inserts (VHM)

, which enables quick replacement of blades and reduces operating costs.

The cutter body is designed to work with inserts

GFN

, mechanically mounted in the socket.

Information about the assembly key

Attention. The disc cutter is not sold complete with an insert wrench.

The wrench for fixing the tiles must be purchased separately.

Types of keys:

JP-D20-120 – working wrench made of tool steel

Designed for standard assembly work. In case of overload or improper use, deformation of the pins is possible.

Reinforced wrench - tool steel with replaceable carbide pins [recommended]

Version for intensive work. Much greater resistance to overload. If the pins are damaged, self-regeneration is possible.

Mounting variants

Disc cutters are available in two variants:

cylindrical shank

– for mounting in ER, Weldon and other clamping holders,

FMB plug-on pin

– for mounting in a tool holder, similarly to standard milling heads.
