Opis

Pilot for VMD 120° folding drills

Pilot drill/center drill

VMD Folding Drill Pilot designed for precise centering and stable drilling start. The one-piece design ensures high stiffness, accurate positioning and repeatable machining results, even at high cutting speeds.

The tool is made of a material with increased wear resistance, with a titanium coating improving durability and temperature resistance. Precise 5-axis grinding guarantees perfect blade geometry and reliable drill guidance.

The 120° point angle enables quick and stable start of drilling, limits the tool from slipping on the surface and improves the accuracy of the hole. The remote control is perfect for mass production and applications requiring high precision.
